The monthly membership entitles the member to one session every month. Unused sessions never expire and will be carried forward until used.* Your sessions can be redeemed at the Orange location.
Membership contracts are an initial 12-month commitment period and month-to-month thereafter and will auto-renew every month until cancelled. Monthly membership dues will be charged to your credit card at the start of the membership and monthly thereafter. Membership can be canceled at any time after the initial period with a 30-day written notice. Notices can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
The monthly membership fee does not include gratuities. The front desk associate can assist with tipping recommendations.
Appointments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your spa service in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider.
Per our Cancellation Policy, please provide 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellation to avoid being charged a fee equal to 50% of total cost of your service. No shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of your service.

Monthly memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers, packages, discount coupons or gift certificates.
A valid ID and credit card are required to enroll in the Gardens Wellness Spa monthly membership program. Credit cards must be presented to the reception staff to electronically store the data.
Gardens Wellness Spa reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time and the right to adjust membership pricing or membership services with a 30-day written notice. The Members Reward Program benefits are subject to change at any time.
